Daniel Bowling 
Mediator and ADR Program Staff Attorney for the US District Court for Northern California
more Co-editor and co-author of Bringing Peace into the Room: The Personal Qualities of the Mediator and their Impact on Conflict Resolution (Jossey-Bass, 2003). Daniel Bowling co-founded the first mediation organization in South Carolina, the Low Country Mediation Network. As Executive Director of SPIDR, he managed the merger among SPIDR, AFM, and the Conflict Resolution Education Network, and served as the first CEO of ACR. ACR is the US nation’s largest professional association for mediators, arbitrators, educators and other conflict resolution practitioners. ACR works in a wide range of settings throughout the United States and around the world.
He is working on a new book on Mindful Mediation.

Dana Curtis
Mediator, Attorney, Dana Curtis is a pioneer and leader in the Bay Area alternative dispute resolution (ADR) field
more She was among the first attorneys in the country to devote her career exclusively to mediation, beginning her full-time practice in 1991, before most lawyers could distinguish between mediation and other forms of ADR. A founding member of JAMS, Bill Hartgering established EnDispute’s Chicago office in 1982 that merged with JAMS in 1994. His practice includes the resolution of well over 1,000 complex matters more arising in 45+ states and foreign countries, training for DR practitioners, firms and governments in the US, Thailand, Hong Kong, Lithuania, and Latvia, and co-mediations with a sitting federal judge and a variety of experts.

Bill Hartgering taught negotiation and DR at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and the School of Law, and Thailand’s Thammasat University. Amoura Latif
Amoura Latif is an artist in the realm of Oriental Dance, having lived and worked extensively in the US, the Near East and Europe. more She presents workshops and projects internationally, including at such prestigious events as the annual Bolzano Dance Festival in Italy. Through her artistic direction, she has brought the dance to the theater in innovative productions. (Salam Orient festival 2011, Augenblick 2008, El Jameel 2005, Alwan el Shark, 2002..) and as a performer she joined the contemporary theater company Cabula 6 in site specific pieces ( Cafe Bonbon, Implulsetanz 2007 Crash Course (Tanzquartier Wien 2009) and the award winning community arts project Life on Earth - Macondo.

Recent project is ‘Dancing on the Nile’  a cultural and movement immersion experience in Luxor, Egypt, which she directs.

Amoura Latif is a certified instructor of the Heart Rhythm Meditation method which she combines with movement improvisational practices to deepen realization of our presence, uniqueness, possibilities and directions for change.

Is in charge of „beatfactory“ drumming school as well as a certified Feldenkrais® trainer. Her activities as a drumming and dance instructor are based numerous field trips to Mali, Burkina Faso, and Guinea, and on many years of stage-experience with Sanza and other groups. more

It is virtually impossible not to be sucked in by the magic rhythms of drums – particularly when you yourself are drumming with a group of people. Ulli Sanou will be our guide when West African drums lead us into the exciting world of music, and she will make us familiar with the techniques and the do’s and don’ts of making music together. This hands-on approach guarantees an intense experience of time and time-rhythms.

Dancing
African dance movements convey energy and a zest for life. They are a mixture of spontaneous reactions to a variety of rhythms and traditional movements, which are being danced over and over again – in unique variations and emotions. Every single one of this dance steps is based on a simple, anatomically logical movement. Once the body has learned the priciple of such a movement, variations are easy to find.

Worldwide known for his work in Interpersonal Neurobiology. He is clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine where he is on the faculty of the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development and the Co-Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center.

Siegel is worldwide known for his work in Interpersonal Neurobiology and author of several books including The Mindful Brain: Reflection and Attunement in the Cultivation of Well-Being, The Developing Mind: Toward a Neurobiology of Interpersonal Experience and Parenting from the Inside Out, which he co-wrote with Mary Hartzell in 2003.
Siegel completed his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and his post-graduate medical education at UCLA. Dr. Siegel is currently clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine where he is on the faculty of the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development and the Co-Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute.
Siegel's most recent work integrates the theories of Interpersonal Neurobiology with the theories of Mindfulness Practice and proposes that mindfulness practice is a highly developed process of both inter and intra personal attunement.

Beside his education in depth psychological psychotherapy he worked as lecturer at an institute for behaviour therapy, has degrees in hypnotherapy and in bonding psychotherapy. After working at the Rheinische Landes- und Hochschulklinik in Essen, the Klinikum Munich-Bogenhausen and as senior physician of the Psychological University Clinic Freiburg  he changed his position in 1995 and went to Adula Klinik in Oberstdorf as the founding chief physician.
Lecturer at the Süddeutsche Akademie für Psychotherapie (South German Academy for Psychotherapy) and at the Centre for Integrative Psychotherapy in Munich.
Supervisor and lecturer at the Deutsche Fachgesellschaft für tiefenpsychologisch fundierte Psychotherapie DFT (German society for psychotherapy based on depth psychology), and founding member of the Conference of Directors for psychotherapeutic medicine in Bavaria. Among other tasks he worked as an adviser for the government of Südtirol for the establishment of a psychosomatic clinic.
Dr. Stadtmüller is authorized by the Bayerische Landesärztekammer (Bavarian chamber of doctors) to do professional training in psychotherapeutic medicine, psychiatry and psychotherapy, member of the Organizational Committee of EAP - European Association for Psychotherapy.
