Daniel Bowling 
Mediator and ADR Program Staff Attorney for the US District Court for Northern California. more Along with David Hoffman, Daniel is co-edited and co-authored Bringing Peace into the Room: The Personal Qualities of the Mediator and their Impact on Conflict Resolution (Jossey-Bass, 2003). Daniel also co-founded the first mediation organization in South Carolina, the Low Country Mediation Network. As Executive Director of the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution, he managed the merger among SPIDR, the Academy of Family Mediators, and the Conflict Resolution Education Network, and served as the first CEO of the Association of Conflict Resolution. ACR works in a wide range of settings throughout the United States and around the world. Daniel also serves as the President of the Board of Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California.

Dana Curtis 
Mediator, Attorney, Dana Curtis is a pioneer and leader in the California Bay Area alternative dispute resolution field. more She was among the first attorneys in the US to devote her career exclusively to mediation, beginning her full-time practice in 1991. Her mediation practice spans a wide range of subject matter, but emphasizes the resolution of disputes that involve both complex legal issues and challenging emotional dynamics. Ms. Curtis has been a teacher of mediation, negotiation and other conflict management programs throughout the US and internationally for nearly 25 years, including at Stanford Law School’s Martin Daniel Gould Center for Conflict Resolution, where she taught mediation and negotiation for 10 years. Ms. Curtis has published numerous articles and books about mediation.

Hélène Dellucci is a practicing psychologist and supervisor, family therapist, and accredited EMDR- Europe consultant. more She works in private practice with individuals with complex trauma and dissociative disorder, and with families and couples on trauma issues. She incorporates solution focused and social psychology perspectives in her work as an EMDR therapist. She studied clinical and social psychology at Free University of Brussels, and systemic family therapy (EFTA member) and solution focused brief therapy in Lyon.

Martin Jung
Dr. Martin Jung, born in 1966, is a lawyer, expert lawyer for construction and architectural law and business mediator. He is a partner in the international law firm Kapellmann and Partners. more Since the turn of the millennium, he has been working in the field of mediation, concentrating on the construction and real estate sector. As part of his work and dedication as chairman of the Association of Construction Mediators, his aim is to develop business mediation in specialist areas, hoping to reach a greater audience with mediation by aiming at specific target groups. A good method of doing this is using the mediation clause at the contract preparation stage. Lecturer at the University of Technology and Economics, Berlin. Michelle LeBaron
Tenured professor at the UBC University of British Columbia law faculty specializing in dialogue and conflict resolution. more She joined the Faculty of Law in 2003 after twelve years teaching at the Institute for Conflict Analysis and Resolution and the Women's Studies program at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. From 1990-1993, she directed the Multiculturalism and Dispute Resolution Project at the University of Victoria.
Professor LeBaron has lectured and consulted around the world on cross-cultural conflict resolution, and has practised as a family law and commercial mediator. Her recent work explores how arts-based approaches enhance conflict resolution pedagogy and practice, detailed in the new volume The Choreography of Resolution: Conflict, Movement and Neuroscience from the American Bar Association Press.

Worldwide known for his work in Interpersonal Neurobiology, Daniel J. Siegel is clinical professor of psychiatry at the UCLA School of Medicine where he is on the faculty of the Center for Culture, Brain, and Development and the Co-Director of the Mindful Awareness Research Center. more Siegel completed his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and his post-graduate medical education at UCLA. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is the Executive Director of the Mindsight Institute.
Daniel J. Siegel is the author of several books including The Mindful Brain, The Developing Mind, Mindsight, Pocket Guide to Interpersonal Neurobiology and co-author of Parenting from the Inside Out (with Mary Hartzell), and The Whole-Brain Child (with Tina Bryson).
His latest book is Brainstorm: The Power and Purpose of the Teenage Brain. Siegel's most recent work integrates the theories of Interpersonal Neurobiology with the theories of Mindfulness Practice and proposes that mindfulness practice is a highly developed process of both inter and intra personal attunement.

Beside his education in depth psychological psychotherapy he worked as lecturer at an institute for behaviour therapy, has degrees in hypnotherapy and in bonding psychotherapy. After working at the Rheinische Landes- und Hochschulklinik in Essen, the Klinikum Munich-Bogenhausen and as senior physician of the Psychological University Clinic Freiburg he changed his position in 1995 and went to Adula Klinik in Oberstdorf as the founding chief physician. Lecturer at the Süddeutsche Akademie für Psychotherapie (South German Academy for Psychotherapy) and at the Centre for Integrative Psychotherapy in Munich.
Supervisor and lecturer at the Deutsche Fachgesellschaft für tiefenpsychologisch fundierte Psychotherapie DFT (German society for psychotherapy based on depth psychology), and founding member of the Conference of Directors for psychotherapeutic medicine in Bavaria. Among other tasks he worked as an adviser for the government of Südtirol for the establishment of a psychosomatic clinic.

Philip Streit
Philip Streit holds doctorates in psychology and sociology. more Since 1989 he has been working with children, teenagers, and their families, initially in playschool with children who were either handicapped or threatened by a handicap as well as with children displaying behavioral problems. In 1994 the Institute for Children, Youth, and Families was founded. It stands for a psychological approach, which actively includes parents and next of kin, as well as the integration of the child’s environment in the therapeutic measures taken. The Institute for Children, Youth and Families is mainly responsible for carrying out the community orientation project of the city of Graz. It is also recognized as a public youth welfare institution by the provincial government of Styria. Furthermore, Dr. Philip Streit has been on the Board of the Academy for Children, Youth, and Families (since 2008); he has been a coordinator for “Seligman Europe” (since 2009), and 2011 he became Director of the Institute of Positive Psychology and Mental Coaching (IPPM) and Member of the Board of the International Psychology Association (IPPA).
